A very important thing to mention is that we are very concerned with the kittens and cats well being, not only at the time of purchase, but through their entire life. New owners are always carefully chosen. We want to be sure these kittens will be in good hands even when they are big cats. The new owners must be prepared to keep contact with us and thus must at first get in touch with us if he cannot look after his kitten or cat anymore. We will stay in contact with the new family kitten and will continue to provide support and information as warranted. New owners may pick their kitten up in person or pay for it to be shipped priority, by air.
Our bloodlines are important to us, and any kitten or cat sold to become in cherished family companions are early neutered or they must be on blue slips designating "not for breeding", or limited registration papers. Animals with “breeder rights” have a contract that specify owner’s intentions and limited rights with appropriate penalties if not adhered to. This is the only way we know of to protect our cats and ourselves.
Most of the time, a deposit could be required to book a kitten/cat. A kitten is not reserved before the “reservation pay” is done. Deposit validity is only four month later that “kitten/ cat” had been selected. Later of this time, new owner will lost the deposit or must "pay a pension" by day for the extra time of the animal stays with us. "All deposits are non-refundable" - The deposit money is measured liquidated damages to help compensate for the seller's cost of marketing, maintaining and the resale of this animal. Exception will be ONLY made in case that the said “kitten/cat” have any kind of inconvenient to travel, in which case another animal of same quality will be offer to new owners.
New owners must pay the "kitten/cat" in full before it will go to them. Our kittens and cats have excellent pedigree and they are well for companion, breed and show. We have a waiting list for special requirements of sex, quality, color or pedigree. In same cases we could take same deposit fee to booking an animal. We only sell well socialized kittens that are of course healthy and strong, for this reason our kittens grow up around people.
In same cases we can offer you an older kitten or adult cat. Please don't hesitate; they can be a welcome addition to a home where proper behaviour and good manners are needed upon arrival.

- Spay/neuter if is necessary.
- Up-to-date vaccinations Complete Vaccinations and Veterinarian health certificate.
- Limited Guarantee for replacement if the kitten should die from any proven inherited problems. In breeder quality include against "Congenital Defects".
- Five days of Health-Guarantee (time enough for the purchaser to have the kitten/cat be examined by their own veterinarian to confirm its good health).
- Written Sales-Agreement that describes all the terms of the sale if is necessary and that will be particular for each case.
- Payment in full.
- Payment the Cost of shipping if is necessary.
Pricing
Pricing usually depends of their quality or adjustment to the standard that is on type, applicable markings - colors - patterns; bloodlines and pedigree.
Kittens / Cats are priced in four categories in order to their qualities:
- Pet (non-standard).
- Breeder.
- Show/Breeder quality.
- Top show qualities
If you buy a pet, this does not always mean that they have a cosmetic fault. It primarily refers to the fact that the kitten is homing to be a mascot and have a best type of life possible. They must be desexed or altered (spay/neutered) for their own safety and welfare.
A Breeder or a Show/breeder is sold as a whole cat with rights to bred.
